  • Scallop skewers

    Ingredients :

    30 scallops, 3 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of tarragon, 1 tablespoon of chives, 3 cloves of garlic, 2 shallots, salt and pepper;

    Preparation:

    Slice the chives and shallots and crush the garlic cloves. Marinate the scallops for 1 hour in the olive oil, tarragon, chives, shallot, garlic, salt and pepper.Stick the scallops and grill them for 2 minutes on each side.You can replace the olive oil with the juice of a lemon.
