Veal paupiettes
Ingredients:
4 veal paupiettes, 1 tablespoon of flour, 1 small onion, 1 carrot, ½ glass of dry white wine, 1 clove of garlic, 1 bouquet garni, salt and pepper
Preparation:
Flour the paupiettes and brown them in a casserole dish with the chopped onion. Pour in the wine then the water and add the carrot cut into strips, the garlic clove, the bouquet garni, salt and pepper. Leave to simmer covered 45 minutes on low heat.
